Our Mango jam is made from the Mango of Silimalombu. The Mango are organic. We add sugar and our own Cinamon and Lemmon inside. The jam is nice to eat on bread, or add it on Icecream, or to use it for cakes or add it to sweet and sour dishes, or………
The jam is sterilized in Twist off jars and can stay for years. If you open it, then it is good to eat it fast or keep it in a fridge. Then it will be good still for a month or even longer, if you keep it clean.
