Every day we cook a buffet with what our food forest gives us – on average for around 30 guests. Batak, Indonesian and Western dishes, with vegan, vegetarian and raw-food options. No MSG, no preservatives, no artificial colours, no margarine. Our bread, cakes and cookies are baked in-house.
